One Family, Three Generations, a Single Passion
Seven partners, known to everyone as “the Zari”, represent the second and third generations of the estate. Always united and with the same enthusiasm with which the first generation, fathers and grandfathers, started the business. Today, the experience of the second generation and the strategic and innovative vision of the third come together, balancing each other to maintain the highest levels of quality in all agronomic, vinification and wine ageing operations.

Renzo
He is the oldest partner and custodian of the estate’s historical memory, having been its administrative and commercial soul for years. Over the past few years, he has gradually passed the baton to his grandson Luigi.
Ademaro
He is affectionately known as the jack of all trades of the company, always ready to intervene when his great experience is needed, both in the cellar and in the vineyards, as well as in the management and repair of farm machinery.
Ivo
For years he was the cellar manager, taking care of all the transformation, vinification and ageing processes. Over the past few years, he has gradually passed the baton to his son Silvio.
Sergio
For years he was in charge of activities in the vineyard and olive groves, organising the activities of the various members of staff. Over the past few years, he has gradually passed the baton to his son Alessandro.
Silvio
He is the current cellar manager. In constant collaboration with the oenologist, he supervises the evolution of the wines, giving them a distinctive character and quality, expanding the range of products presented to the market year by year.
Alessandro
He is currently responsible for the agronomic and evolutionary processes of ripening and growth of the vineyards and olive groves.
Luigi
He is the estate’s current head of sales and administration.

Adele and Giorgia accompany visitors and customers on cellar tours and tastings, manage the direct sales and online shop, trade fairs and all the estate’s marketing and social media activities.
