At that time, the estate was a small 16-hectare farm in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, near the natural cypress grove of Sant&#8217;Agnese. The property consisted of a farmhouse, olive trees, a few rows of vines, some arable land and woodland. Dario and Mario, together with their four sons Renzo, Ademaro, Ivo and Sergio, immediately made a name for themselves for the excellent quality of their wine and oil, made with love and technological innovation and experimentation, the company has evolved significantly in terms of both quality and land. It now has a total surface area of 110 hectares located between the municipalities of Castellina in Chianti and Poggibonsi, divided into 65 hectares of vineyards and 15 of olive groves, with the remainder consisting of arable land and woodland.
